Our Vision for 2027

AI is quietly taking the struggle out of problem solving. But we’re here to prove that the friction can be the best part.
 

For those of us who grew up without AI, we naturally see where the struggle is still needed. But in order for teens to appreciate that friction, they need to live the struggle of early thinking, the give-and-take of real collaboration, and the iterative refinement that takes any project from good to great.
 

So in 2027, we’ll be teaching the other AI they need: Authentic Intelligence™.

It’s the skillset that helps teens do the real thinking themselves before they use AI, and own their work after AI collaboration ends: learning to form and trust their own ideas, collaborate respectfully with peers, and present with confidence.
 

When they do use AI, it’s a refiner and a collaborator, never a co-author. AI has its place, but it should never replace Authentic Intelligence.
 

We’re co-creating with teens to keep it real. We’re bringing in experienced educators and facilitators to lead the workshops. And we’re staying engaged through 1:1 coaching, office hours, surveys, and finding youth mentors to work alongside us.
